In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Acts 1. This chapter recaps the events following Jesus’ resurrection and the moments before Pentecost. Jesus spent 40 days with the disciples and commanded them to wait for the Holy Spirit to accomplish the work of God. The disciples could only accomplish God’s work with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Isaiah 65-66. These chapters capture the final moments before Jesus’ second coming, the new heaven, and the new earth. The prophet paints a wonderful picture of joy and fruitfulness for God’s faithful servants. But, he also speaks of wrath and judgement toward the unfaithful of this world. These chapters remind us that Jesus will return for a second advent, but this time He will arrive as a conquering, warrior king.

In Isaiah’s vision, the people of God are busy building a highway for His return, keeping watch over His people, and filling their lives with praise and prayer. This vision informs how we should celebrate Advent and prepare for His second coming.
In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Isaiah 56-59. These chapters are a message to Israel after returning from exile in Babylon. The promised Servant would arrive, but a period of waiting 500 years would take place first. This period was designed to expose the hearts of the people, and encourage them to repent and prepare for the arrival of the Servant, Jesus.
In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Isaiah 52-55. These chapters continue revealing the suffering Servant and His work of redemption for all mankind. The Servant’s work cultivates worship in God’s people and the offer of forgiveness is available to any who call on his name, and His name is Jesus.
In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Isaiah 49-51. These chapters speak of a Servant that will redeem the exiled house of Israel and call the nations to repentance. This Servant will suffer for His people and blot out their transgressions. This Servant is Jesus and Isaiah prepared Israel for His arrival.
In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Isaiah 45-48. These chapters display the supremacy of God over all creation and how that supremacy impacts Babylon and His people. The prophet declared that Cyrus the Persian would release the Hebrews from Babylonian exile and fund the rebuilding of their homeland. This news was unexpected and challenged the Hebrews to trust God even when His plan was different from their plan.
In this message, Pastor Marshall teaches from Isaiah 42-44. These chapters explore the way God leads His people through tribulation to expose their spiritual blindness. The prophet also gives good news about the end of exile in Babylon and encourages His readers to see the gospel presentation. These chapters finish with an examination of idolatry and the foolishness of serving false gods.
