What is a Gathering?

A Gathering is what most people call "going to church." However, since the Bible teaches that "church" isn't somewhere you go, but something that we are as believers, we "gather" as a church every week to celebrate what Jesus is transforming us into. You don't have to be a Christian to visit. We welcome everyone to experience God's love and learn about Jesus.

When Do We Gather?

Gatherings occur each week on Sunday at 10am. We meet at the Northside Community Center (8005 Oak Grove Road). We sing songs about Jesus and listen to a teaching every week that challenges us to grow in our faith of God.

How do we gather?

All ages are welcome in the main church gathering, but we also have specific classes for nursery through middle school. Young folks are a big deal to us, and we have created age appropriate classrooms for them to learn God’s Word and grow as disciples — classrooms and locations are listed below.
