Message: James - Week 1

Summary: The book of James is a study of faith bearing fruit. What a christian believes about Jesus should cause tangible change in their life, and that change should impact the world. This series looks at one chapter per week in the book of James, and focuses on the specific changes that occur when you place your faith in Jesus.

In studying their messages we clearly see the character of our Father in heaven, and understand how we should reflect that character to the world.

Once they learned how to follow Jesus they were instructed to "go make more disciples;" teach the world what they had learned. This process of learning and teaching is core to discipleship. To make disciples we need to become great students AND great teachers.
This week Pastor Marshall talks about the four steps of discipleship.
