Summary: The book of Ruth is a story about a family that experiences tragic loss, but finds redemption through God's grace. In this story, God uses death and sadness to bring new life for many generations. Ruth starts the story as a Moabite girl and ends with her name listed among the family lineage of King David and King Jesus. 

This week, we study Ruth 2.

Summary: God tells us in Isaiah 55 that His ways are very different than ours. This means He has different values, priorities, and ways of communicating. To resolve this communication disconnect God uses imagery to explain big ideas in simple ways.  In this series, we study how God uses symbols, prophecy, parables, and sacraments to transform the hearts of His people.  

This week we study how God uses sacraments, and spend most of our time looking at Matthew 3 and Luke 22.
